- Deliver: last‑mile + packaging standards
- Return: inspection → cleaning/repair → redeploy (or downgrade/disposal)
- Account: damage, depreciation, utilization, disputes
Gradient lens (the key bottleneck)
Reuse is limited by verification cost:
